Contests

The most important high school contests in the US are those administered by the American Mathematics Competitions. Other contests with excellent intermediate-level problems are the Mandelbrot and ARML. You can hone your solutions writing skills with the USA Mathematical Talent Search or the Tournament of Towns. Those of you who like doing research projects should get involved with the Siemens Westinghouse Competition.

Our Olympiad-level students are also invited to participate in the free MathLinks contest.

You can also learn about several other interesting and fun competitions through our Other US Contests & Programs Forum. Contests such as the AHSIMC, the NOML, National Assessment & Testing, the GPML, and the Rocket City Math League have their own forums on our site.
