Art of Problem Solving texts are designed for outstanding math students to present a broader and deeper mathematics education than the standard curriculum. Our Introduction series offers a comprehensive and challenging curriculum for students in grades 6-10. The series includes Introduction to Algebra, Introduction to Counting & Probability, Introduction to Geometry, and Introduction to Number Theory. These texts are used by many of the top students in the country as their middle school and early high school math curriculum. Many successful middle school students also use Volume 1 of our Art of Problem Solving to prepare for contests such as MATHCOUNTS.
