Mastering MATHCOUNTS/AMC 8
Description

Designed for students preparing for State and National MATHCOUNTS, the premier middle school mathematics contest in the US. The class is designed for experienced MATHCOUNTS students; less experienced students should consider our MATHCOUNTS/AMC 8 Basics course.

AMC 10 Problem Series
Description

Designed for students preparing for the AMC 10. The class will consist of discussion of problems from past exams, as well as strategies for taking the test. The AMC 10 is an exam for students in 10th grade and below that serves as a first test in the series of contests used to determine the US IMO team.

Designed for students preparing for the AMC 12. The class will consist of discussion of problems from past exams, as well as strategies for taking the test. The AMC 12 is the first exam in the series of contests used to determine the US IMO team.

AIME Problem Series A
Description

Designed for students preparing for the AIME. The class will consist of discussion of problems from past exams, as well as strategies for taking the test. The AIME is the second exam in the series of contests used to determine the US IMO team. This course was formerly titled "AIME Problem Series".

AIME Problem Series B
Description

Designed for students preparing for the AIME. The class will consist of discussion of problems from past exams, as well as strategies for taking the test. The AIME is the second exam in the series of contests used to determine the US IMO team. Material in this course is at the same level as the AIME Problem Series A.

Special AIME Problem Seminar
Description

This 6-hour course will consist of two 3-hour sessions during which we will tackle AIME-style problems and discuss test-taking strategies. A 30 minute break during each session means 5 hours of total instruction. Transcripts for the classes will be available to enrolled students as well as a message board where students can discuss class problems. Note: this seminar includes material from the AIME Problem Series A.
